You will need:
-1/2 cup vanilla coconut almond milk – 2 scoops Quest Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder (or your flavor of choice) – 1/4 cup oat flour – 3 egg whites – Mixing bowl/ spoon, cooking spray, pan, spatula
